osTicket Simple Install
Install Option:

New install is the only option at this time. Future install script will handle upgrades.

the email when the feature is enabled. You can change this info later and even add

You must first create a MySQL database.The install script does not create one for you, only imports the tables for you.
Also make sure MySQL user has previlages to create/update tables.
